Through Central Dispatch, WC-users can call 311 and an accessible taxi will be sent to meet them anywhere in the five boroughs. Pick ups can also be scheduled in advance. Please complete the survey every time you ride in an accessible taxi whether you called 311 or hail it on the street. The data collected from this survey will be made public.
